Copyright Infringement Notification Procedure

PhubTV.com ("PhubTV") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond to valid copyright infringement notices within 48 hours of receipt.

PhubTV is an aggregation platform and does not host or upload video content. All content is sourced from user-provided M3U playlists. We cooperate fully with rights holders to address legitimate infringement claims.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To submit a valid copyright infringement notification, your notice must include all of the following:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email address, mailing address, and phone number)
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., title, registration number, description)
• The specific infringing URL(s) on PhubTV.com where the material is accessible
• A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement of accuracy — that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your electronic or physical signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@phubtv.com. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice
• Your electronic or physical signature

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, PhubTV maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. Accounts involved in multiple confirmed copyright violations may be permanently suspended.

PhubTV is an aggregation and technology platform. We do not host, upload, transcode, or distribute any video content directly. All streams accessed through PhubTV originate from user-provided M3U playlists and their respective IPTV providers. We cooperate fully and promptly with all valid rights holder requests.
