By accessing or using PhubTV.com ("PhubTV", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

PhubTV is an IPTV aggregation and browser-based streaming interface. It allows users to import personal M3U playlists and watch live TV channels, movies, and series in their web browser. PhubTV does not host, own, or distribute any video content directly.

New users receive a 12-hour free trial with full platform access. A paid subscription is required after the trial period. See our Pricing page for current plans.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use PhubTV.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.
• By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Free Trial

• The free trial lasts 12 hours from the moment of activation.
• Each user is entitled to one free trial only, linked to their email address and device.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination.
• No payment information is required to activate the free trial.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, prices, and terms are described on our Pricing page. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using PhubTV, you agree not to:

• Redistribute, re-stream, or publicly broadcast any content accessed through the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform
• Attempt to bypass authentication, account limits, or trial restrictions
• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Share account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The PhubTV platform — including its design, code, branding, interface, and logo — is the intellectual property of PhubTV.com. All rights are reserved.

Stream content accessed through your M3U playlist is owned by the respective broadcasters and content providers. PhubTV makes no ownership claim over any third-party content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PhubTV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific channel availability, stream quality, or that the Service will be error-free. Channel availability and content may vary by region and M3U provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhubTV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which PhubTV operates.
