- Channels not loading? Refresh the page and try again — temporary server issues resolve quickly.
- Buffering or slow streams? Check your internet speed — PhubTV requires at least 10 Mbps for HD streams.
- Trial expired? Visit our Pricing page to subscribe and continue watching.
- Playback errors? Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload PhubTV.
- M3U not working? Your M3U playlist must contain HLS-compatible streams (HTTP/HTTPS .m3u8 links). Contact your IPTV provider if streams don't play.
- Wrong channels showing? Re-import your M3U playlist and re-select your preferred countries and categories.
