Our refund and cancellation policy for PhubTV subscriptions.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
Free Trial
All new PhubTV accounts receive a 12-hour free trial with full platform access. No payment is required and no charges are made during the trial. We encourage you to fully explore PhubTV during the trial period before subscribing.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You are a first-time subscriber (not a renewal)
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your first payment
- Your account is in good standing (not suspended for violations)
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or for accounts beyond the 7-day window.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@phubtv.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
Cancellations
You may cancel your PhubTV subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms of Service
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after payment
- Subscription renewals (only the initial subscription qualifies)
- Partial months or partially used subscription periods beyond the 7-day window
